Warranties & Returns

Given the custom nature of our made to measure preservation frames, we take great pride in ensuring the highest quality worksmanship and accuracy. Before your frame is shipped off it is personally inspected and photographed by one of our framers. If it doesn't meet our rigorous standards, it will not leave the shop.

Returns

If you would like to return your frame for any reason, excluding shipping damage, simply email us at orders@gorillaframes.com within 30 days of receiving your frame.

A restocking charge of 20% will be applied due to the custom nature of our products. The frame must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Upon receiving your frame, we will credit the card used for the original transaction in the net amount.

(net amount = original purchase price - 20% restocking)

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your frame for any reason, excluding shipping damage, simply email us at orders@gorillaframes.com within 30 days of receiving your frame.

Damaged Product or Packaging

If the packaging appears damaged please follow the below procedure:

  • Take at least 4 pictures of the damaged box! DO NOT remove your frame from packaging. Most claims get denied because of insufficent packaging or photographs of packaging.
  • Open the box and take at least 4 pictures of how it is packaged.
  • Take at least 4 pictures of damages to your frame.
  • Contact us via email at orders@gorillaframes.com. We will respond to you promptly to rectify the situation.
